If you previously used the SalDeCompras program and your username was not an email, you’ll need to recover your account to continue.

If you’re not sure, try logging in with your usual credentials. If that doesn’t work, click on "Recover old account".

If you are a business, you don’t need to take any action to recover your SalDeCompras account. Your account has already been integrated into the new platform.
